Milab DM1001 Stereo Digital Mic
The microphone uses Milab's rectangular large dual membrane capsule.
The two capsule membranes have their own AD-converters.
After that the signals go to a DSP.
This makes it possible for Milab's unique solution:
In the DSP, polar pattern is calculated from a mix of the front and back signals in free settings.
There are also programmes for digital filtering in the DSP.
The microphone is controlled and supplied from a separate control unit.
The control unit has a switch for standard polar patterns.
A computer interface makes it possible to connect the
in-house-developed PC-software.
With this software the free choice of polar pattern can be set,
and then saved in the control unit.
